When sending documents, please send a cover letter with instructions as to which service you are requesting, the time frame you desire, the person to be contacted, and any other important information. For additional information, please contact SDR Educational Consultants. We will telephone the sender in cases where more information or documentation is needed. Individual clients must send a check or money order for the full amount with the application and documentation.
